Gentle, Somatic Yoga to Unwind into Savasana
Registration and payment through Schoolcraft College
A gentle, somatic, yoga movement class for all levels. A focus on deep body and breath awareness, leading into a long savasana followed by short meditation. Class will occasionally end with a short yoga nidra or guided relaxation. Discover what heals you- body, mind, and energy through slow attunement. Classical Sun Salute poses will be introduced.
Morning Yoga Retreat to Energize
Sliding scale donation $5-$10 per class suggested.
9:30am-10:45am Gentle Somatic Yoga to Energize
Class is suggested for those who can easily move up and down from the floor. Will include a range of poses, mindful movement, breathing techniques and guided relaxation. Great class to reduce stress and stiffness, and be guided into a peaceful state of mind. Stay for a meditation to follow if desired.
10:30am-11:00am Short guided breathwork/meditation followed by silent meditation.
